Tech Support Executive Profile Overview

Position: Tech Support Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years Salary:

Freshers: Up to ₹2.16 LPA (₹18,000 per month)

Experienced (1–3 Years): Up to ₹3 LPA (₹25,000 per month)

Location: Office No. 203, Sr. No. 270/1/23, Deron Heights, Baner, Baner Road, Pune – 411045

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Joining: Immediate

Job Summary: The Tech Support Executive will provide technical support to schools and colleges using Edubotix’s AI-powered ERP platform. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving basic technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams for escalations to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support via calls, emails, and chat to schools and colleges.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related queries.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets
  • escalate complex issues when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and follow up with institutions.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base, FAQs, and user guides.

  • Experience Requirements:
    • 1–3 years of experience in technical support (preferred SaaS / EdTech)
    • Customer-facing technical support experience is a plus.
    • Exposure to LMS or educational platforms 

Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Computer Application, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
